Rumors continue to swirl about Rusev possibly answering Randy Orton’s challenge and Lynch stepping up to partner with Lyra Valkyria following the “attack” to Bayley and her subsequent removal from the match. Fightfulselect.com reports that Lynch’s return in this match is “expected by most within the company.”

While some reports suggested that Aleister Black could potentially be Orton’s opponent, Black was not the plan as of earlier this week. WWE officials apparently want him to debut on the Smackdown episode following WrestleMania 41.
