WWE Raw General Manager Adam Pearce surfaced on social media Sunday afternoon to announce a new match for tonight’s Monday Night Raw.

A match to determine the new #1 contender for the WWE Intercontinental title will take place with Penta taking on Rusev to gain those honors.

Pearce also ran down the rest of the announced matches with CM Punk and Jey Uso coming face-to-face while Nikki Bella will take on Roxanne Perez in one-on-one action. Whether it was intentional or not, Pearce did not mention the previously announced Women’s Tag Team title match which is/was being advertised as Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss defending their belts against Bayley and Lyra Valkyria.
