According to Fightful Select, Hyan and Maya World have received high praise from AEW for their recent appearances with the company.

The report noted that these two independent stars became involved in a major storyline over the past few weeks when they stepped in to replace Miranda Alize and Nixon Newell on the November 8th episode of Collision.

They faced TayJay after Alize and Newell chose not to compete in the match.

At that time, Hyan and World were commended by AEW for stepping up, and this positive feedback has continued. AEW is reportedly very interested in using them further.

Fightful Select also mentioned that their eight-minute match on the most recent Collision was a “direct result” of how well they performed the previous week. The report indicates that Hyan and World are currently not signed to AEW, with sources suggesting that they could be officially signed sooner rather than later.

Both talents have made previous appearances for AEW and ROH, participating in several matches for each promotion prior to this situation.
