Shawn Michaels checked in on social media after NXT TakeOver: WarGames on Saturday night to give his feedback on the main event of the show, and also to hype his Survivor Series announcement for tonight.
“Those Superstars are going to feel the effects of that WarGames match for a long time,” wrote Michaels via Twitter after the initial Women’s WarGames match. “But we will all remember it for much longer. Great way to set the tone for #NXTTakeOver #WeAreNXT.”
After the Men’s WarGames main event at the live WWE Network special at Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois on Saturday night, HBK’s reaction was as enthusiastic, but much shorter in general.
“That. Was. Awesome. #NXTTakeOver #WarGames,” wrote The Heartbreak Kid following the NXT TakeOver: WarGames main event on Saturday night.
