In addition to yesterday marking the 20-year anniversary of the RAW television debut of WWE Hall Of Famer Edge, the day also marked another important wrestling anniversary.
Yesterday marked the 22-year anniversary of the legendary “Austin 3:16” promo from WWE Hall Of Famer “Stone Cold” Steve Austin.
“The Texas Rattlesnake” cut the infamous “Austin 3:16” promo, which launched his main event push in WWE, as well as an enormous merchandise push, at the WWE King Of The Ring 1996 pay-per-view after defeating fellow WWE Hall Of Famer Jake “The Snake” Roberts in the finals of the tournament.
