Could All Elite Wrestling (AEW) soon introduce the addition of an authority type “Commissioner” character on AEW Dynamite in the near future?
The @WrestleVotes Twitter account, which has broken many pro wrestling news stories in the past, recently tweeted that AEW is contemplating a Commissioner type role to AEW Dynamite and that Taz is someone that is being considered.
As noted, Taz is scheduled to make an appearance on the first episode of AEW Dynamite of the New Year, as “The Human Suplex Machine” has been confirmed for the 1/1/2020 edition of AEW Dynamite at Daily’s Place in Jacksonville, Florida.
It is worth noting, however, that Dave Meltzer, one of the most trusted sources in the business and the editor of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter at F4WOnline.com, is stating the opposite that AEW currently has no plans for any sort of authority type role.
