A new announcement regarding the inaugural edition of AEW Dynamite on TBS was made during the final AEW show of 2021.
At the AEW Rampage: New Year’s Smash special event on Friday night it was announced that MJF will be in action on the debut installment of AEW Dynamite on TBS.
MJF will be in a match against an opponent yet to be named in the first-ever AEW Dynamite on TBS show, which emanates from the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey next Wednesday night, January 5, 2022.
With that now known, featured below is a look at the updated officially advertised lineup heading into next Wednesday’s show.

* MJF vs. TBA
* Malakai Black vs. Brian Pillman Jr.
* Jade Cargill vs. Ruby Soho (TBS Title Tournament Finals)
* Lucha Bros (C) vs. Jurassic Express (AEW Tag-Team Titles)
* “Hangman” Adam Page (C) vs. Bryan Danielson II (AEW World Title)
