The incident took place prior to AEW Dynamite in Washington, D.C. tonight where words were exchanged first before the situation escalated and turned physical. The report claims that Guevara first pushed Andrade which led to punches being thrown, though it’s unclear if anyone was hit or got injured.
— Guevara and Andrade feuded on Twitter this week when Andrade made remarks during an interview stating that Guevara is the only wrestler who has a problem with the way he works, claiming him to work too stiff in the ring. This prompted Guevara to unload on Andrade on social media, suggesting he was only hired due to his relations to the Flair family and that he has failed in both WWE and now AEW. While some believed it was a storyline, the backstage fight surely puts that rest.
