AEW superstar MJF has apparently landed another acting gig.
Variety is reporting that Maxwell Friedman (aka MJF) has been cast in “Violent Night 2”, which is a sequel to a 2022 film, joining the likes of David Harbour, Kristen Bell, Daniela Melchior, Jared Harris and Joe Pantoliano.
The film is set to be released on December 4, 2026 and plot details are not yet known nor is it known what role MJF will play.
MJF has been adding roles out of wrestling to his resume at a rapid pace as of late. After voicing Killer Croc in Justice League x RWBY, he acted in The Iron Claw and The Floaters while most recently appearing in Happy Gilmore 2 as Happy’s son, Gilmore.
