- After a hot opening segment last night on Dynamite that included Will Ospreay, Kenny Omega and The Callis Family, the “vibe” backstage was very good.
- Internally, it is being said that having The Hurt Syndicate become tag team champions was a recent development and not the plan as of a couple months ago.
- The working plan as indicated on Dynamite is for have Mercedes Mone face off against Harley Cameron at Grand Slam Australia.
- A number of segments scheduled for Dynamite underwent adjustments throughout the day. One of the major changes reportedly included plans involving MJF and Jeff Jarrett.
- TNA veteran wrestler Crazzy Steve worked a dark match at the show. As it turns out, Steve is no longer with TNA and the two sides had an “amicable split” at some point last year which is why he was able to work an AEW show.
- Will Ospreay’s wrestling gear apparently got lost yesterday during his travel to the show.
