— One half of the AEW tag team champions Cash Wheeler has been arrested and is currently in custody in Orange County Jail in Florida. He has been charged with aggravated assault with a firearm and was booked into jail very early this morning but the incident in question reportedly took place almost a month ago as the original warrant for his arrest was filed back on July 28. Wheeeler pled not guilty to the charge through his attorney but is set to appear before the court later this afternoon.

“AEW has been made aware of the charge, and we are closely monitoring the situation. He (Wheeler) is fully cooperating with local authorities.”
