Jon Moxley Warned By AEW For Attack On Referee During AEW Dynamite (10/25/2019)

AEW Threatens To Suspend Jon Moxley Following Attack On Referee At AEW Dynamite In Pittsburgh

Jon Moxley has received a formal warning from All Elite Wrestling following his attack on an AEW official during this past Wednesday night’s edition of AEW Dynamite from the Petersen Events Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

AEW has issued a short statement on Twitter warning superstar Jon Moxley about a possible fine/suspension for his attack on referee Paul Turner following his time-limit draw with PAC in the main event of Wednesday’s episode of Dynamite.

Moxley, who was clearly frustrated at the outcome of the bout, dropped Turner with the Paradigm Shift DDT once Turner called for the bell.

The statement that AEW issued reads as follows:

“#AEW officials have reprimanded Jon Moxley for an unprovoked attack on referee Paul Turner, as this is not the first time Moxley has attacked the Senior Official. Moxley has been warned that another violation of AEW’s sportsmanship policy could result in a fine and/or suspension.”
