A trial date has been set for José Alberto Rodríguez Chucuan.
As noted, the former WWE Superstar known as Alberto Del Rio, who worked as Alberto El Patron outside of WWE in the pro wrestling business, was indicted for aggravated kidnapping and second-degree sexual assault by a Texas Grand Jury.
The date for the trial for Del Rio, stemming from the charges he was arrested on following an incident with his ex-girlfriend back in May, has been set for January 25, 2021.
As we previously reported, with the nature of the charges Del Rio is facing, he could be facing a potential life sentence in prison.
