Another departure from AEW has been confirmed with Zak Knight gone from the company, joining a host of others who have recently left.

Knight, who is the brother of Saraya, saw his contract with AEW expire recently which would effectively make him a free agent. He had appeared primarily on Ring of Honor after signing with the company in early 2024 and also made appearances on AEW Rampage. Knight last wrestled for AEW in a dark match in June 2024 so he obviously didn’t seem to factor in any creative plans for the promotion.

Meanwhile, his star sister Saraya (formerly Paige in WWE) has re-upped with AEW for another year but hasn’t been in AEW since October but has stated that she is healthy and ready to return but simply waiting for a storyline to materialize.
