Former WWE cruiserweight champion TJ Perkins (TJP) released a photo on his Instagram revealing that he will appear at Starrcast II this month.

Since his departure in February, Perkins has been a popular commodity in the independent circuit, appearing for AAW, Wrestling Revolver, EWF, and now Starrcast.
