John Brody, whose role in WWE was officially “Executive Vice President; Global Head of Sales and Partnerships and Head of International”, is no longer with the company, having been released earlier this week.
Brody had been in his role since 2015 and with WWE since 2014 recently saw much of his team furloughed earlier in the year and then eventually released.
The remaining team was re-organized this summer and began reporting to Stephanie McMahon, which no doubt led to his dismissal.
Brody’s departure is apparently not the only one planned by WWE as the company continues to restructure and reportedly has let other executives go, though names and roles aren’t available currently.
