Ken Shamrock

Another WWE Legend Being Internally Considered For This Year’s 2025 Hall Of Fame

Ken Shamrock is reportedly being considered for the 2025 WWE Hall of Fame class.

According to Dave Meltzer in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, while it’s not officially confirmed, Shamrock’s name has been circulating as a potential inductee for the WWE Hall of Fame. The ceremony is set to take place during WrestleMania 41 weekend in Las Vegas next month, and so far, Paul “Triple H” Levesque, Michelle McCool, Lex Luger, and The Natural Disasters (Earthquake & Typhoon) have already been announced as part of this year’s class.

Meltzer wrote, “As previously reported, Earthquake John Tenta and Fred ‘Typhoon/Tugboat’ Ottman will be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame at the 4/18 ceremony in Las Vegas at the Fontainebleau Hotel. While not yet officially announced, Ken Shamrock’s name has been mentioned as well.”

At 61 years old, Shamrock is already enshrined in the UFC Hall of Fame and the TNA Wrestling Hall of Fame. A key figure during WWE’s Attitude Era, Shamrock held both the Intercontinental and Tag Team Championships and won the 1998 King of the Ring tournament.

In an interview with Chris Van Vliet in 2024, Shamrock expressed that being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame would be a “true thrill.” However, he also mentioned that he’s not overly concerned about it and is content with how his career has turned out. Shamrock also shared that he is under a Legends contract with WWE.

The WWE Hall of Fame ceremony will take place on Friday, April 18, during WrestleMania week. It will be streamed live on Peacock and WWE’s social media platforms.
