The pro wrestling world has lost one of the biggest legends in the history of the industry.
Antonio Inoki, the founder of New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW), has passed away at age 79.
Yahoo! Japan confirmed the news on Saturday evening. They reported that Inoki was battling an intractable disease, systemic amyloidosis, and fell ill with hypoglycemia two or three days ago. He had recovered the day before, but this morning his condition worsened and he died at his home.
We here at Rajah.com would like to extend our deepest condolences to the family and friends of arguably the biggest Japanese legend in pro wrestling history.
