— Former multi-time women’s champion Becky Lynch has been out of action since Summerslam after she sustained a shoulder injury that some feared may have required surgery. When it became clear that she wouldn’t have to go under the knife, rumors began circulating that Lynch might be back by the end of September, however, that was never the plan according to a fightfulselect.com report.

— When asked about Lynch’s status, WWE sources would not confirm that she would be back in September nor did they even want to put a date on it as the company hadn’t even been in touch with Lynch herself about a return. A September return was a virtual impossibility, though, rumors have started up again that she’s due back soon, especially when Lynch was spotted backstage at this week’s WWE Raw. Still, her doctors and physical therapists feel that that she is still several weeks away from even getting “near a ring” and the hope is that they will have her back by the end of the year.
