Karrion Kross is anticipated to make a return to WWE television in the near future.
According to a report from Fightful Select, Kross was originally scheduled to appear on the November 3, 2023, episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown, which was pre-recorded the previous Friday. However, he ultimately did not make an appearance for reasons that remain unknown.
The report reveals that Kross was planned to be part of a backstage segment during the show, alongside NXT Halloween Havoc co-hosts Shotzi and Scarlett. WWE sources indicated that the segment wouldn’t have made sense for the storyline and was canceled early in the day.
Interestingly, this decision wasn’t communicated to everyone involved, as it still appeared on some run sheets and was expected to be part of the show until just an hour before the live TV broadcast. Fortunately, it was addressed and resolved since it was slated for the second of the two shows.
As of now, there’s no available information about the creative direction for Karrion Kross in WWE.
