– Trish Stratus was scheduled to be on last week’s WWE Monday Night Raw and was expected by many in the company to appear on TV but it’s not known why she didn’t appear. However, pwinsiderelite.com is reporting that while it’s not known if Stratus has made her way to tonight’s Elimination Chamber in Montreal, both she and Lita are booked for multiple Raw shows (February 27 is one specifically) leading into WrestleMania 39 so it sounds like the plan is for them to team up for a match at the April event.
– Meanwhile, the Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that Stratus’ appearance was canceled due to Dakota Kai’s injury and that the belief is that WWE is trying to build up Stratus, Lita and Becky Lynch to take on Damage CTRL but that Kai & Sky defending the women’s titles against Ronda Rousey & Shayna Baszler is still on for WrestleMania so it’s unclear how WWE will proceed on that front.
