As far as how dynamics of the McMahon family when it comes to creative, the Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that Vince McMahon is often still working a crazy schedule, often working until midnight most days, close to 3 AM once a week and Fridays, which are his “easy day”, he is still in the office until 8 PM.
There is a very legitimate question going around on how Vince is going to manage his schedule once the XFL launches because he’s got so much invested into the new league and will want to be significantly involved.
Currently in WWE, Triple H “picks his spots” when to talk to Vince but always does it privately, whereas Shane McMahon’s only real involvement is pitching ideas for himself that end up rarely being used.
Stephanie McMahon has nothing to do with the creative aspect of the company at the present time.
