John Cena – as of this week – was still expected to be involved in some sort of segment or match at WrestleMania but it was not going to be related in any way to Kurt Angle’s farewell match against Baron Corbin.
The situation with Cena has been kept secret and the company hasn’t even teased his appearance on TV leading up to the PPV.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter notes that Cena has a “nice spot” scheduled but it’s “nothing that big” but is “well placed” and will “end up being good.”
