As noted, Tony Khan took part in a post-Double Or Nothing media scrum in Las Vegas, Nevada after the inaugural All Elite Wrestling pay-per-view wrapped up on Saturday evening.
During the scrum, Khan spoke at length about AEW signing Jon Moxley, a.k.a. former WWE Superstar Dean Ambrose. In their press release to announce Moxley’s signing, it was revealed that he will be making his in-ring debut for the promotion at their upcoming AEW: FYTER FEST event in Daytona Beach, Florida on Saturday, June 29th.
Khan also revealed that Moxley will be working some independent wrestling events until AEW kicks off their weekly television show on TNT later this year.
At that point, Moxley will be a full-time, permanent member of the All Elite Wrestling roster.
Khan said that he is very happy to have Moxley in AEW and revealed that the promotion began talking to him about signing a contract as soon as his WWE deal expired.
