As noted yesterday, R-Truth lost the 24/7 championship belt to Jinder Mahal, only to regain it minutes later. The action took place at a golf course and WWE made the footage available on Youtube.
On a related note, there have been ideas tossed around to have this new 24/7 championship title be defended on social media – YouTube and Instagram – as well as at the WWE Performance Center in between TV shows.
There has also been talk of having some non-contracted talents – even legends – briefly win the title only to lose it back to a regular wrestler.
