WWE has reportedly been planning out The Undertaker’s return and matches at shows as deep into the upcoming WWE Extreme Rules pay-per-view dating back to before his comeback at the WWE Super ShowDown event in Saudi Arabia.
The Undertaker’s return to WWE TV and his tag-team match alongside Roman Reigns against Drew McIntyre and Shane McMahon is not an idea that was created within the last week. According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, “The Phenom’s” return was something that was planned even before his match against WWE Hall Of Famer Bill Goldberg at WWE Super ShowDown.
At this point, after WWE Extreme Rules, it is unknown if WWE will build an angle leading to another match for “The Dead Man” at WWE SummerSlam, though most consider it likely that he will be there as well.
