WWE’s next Saturday Night’s Main Event in Salt Lake City, UT is about three weeks away and while there is still tomorrow’s Crown Jewel PLE to play out before then, rumors of possible matches at SNME have emerged via Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.
According to Meltzer, the plan right now for WWE is headline the event with Seth Rollins defending his World Heavyweight title against CM Punk. Tiffany Stratton defending her WWE Women’s Title against Jade Cargill and a singles match between Drew McIntyre and Jacob Fatu are also penciled in.
Meltzer speculated that in the women’s match, it’s likely that Cargill win the title while in the McIntyre vs. Fatu match, he reported the winner would go onto face Cody Rhodes for his WWE Undisputed title.
