Last month, AEW released multiple wrestlers with many of them rumored to be joining WWE. One has already debuted (Ricky Starks), while other is set to debut next week (Rey Fenix) and yet another (Malakai Black) is apparently being teased through a series of vignettes. The last major name who is gone from AEW – Miro – is also believed to be headed to WWE yet not much news has surfaced regarding when that could happen.

According to a recent reports from WrestleVotes Radio, there continues to be interest in bringing back Miro (formerly known as Rusev) to WWE however, according to at least one source in the company, nothing is imminent but the expectation is that a deal between the sides could be reached more towards the end of the calendar year.

Since being released, Miro and CJ Perry (the former Lana in WWE) have reconciled and are once again a couple so it remains to be seen that if and when Miro is back with WWE, whether Perry will be alongside as the two formed a successful duo on screen.
