The report also mentioned that this date could change in an effort to compete with AEW, which typically holds its Revolution event around the same time. However, AEW usually schedules its events on Sundays when it’s not football season. Both the Royal Rumble, set for January 31 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and the Elimination Chamber PLE are planned for Saturdays, with the Rumble date being “pretty much locked in.”
