WWE is holding only one event in Saudi Arabia – the recently completed Night of Champions – which is a deviation from their usual pattern of holding two as per the terms of the original agreement with the country. However, 2026 is looking to be a bigger than normal year for the WWE-Saudi relationship with three events on tap.
Fightfulselect.com is reporting that work for the announced Royal Rumble 2026 is expected to begin on putting together that event in the next few weeks and that two more premium live events are scheduled for May 2026 and November 2026, both currently unnamed.
The November date is sure to raise some eyebrows as that is usually the month that WWE holds Survivor Series, with the last four years the event landing on Thanksgiving weekend. The fightful report added that one WWE source laid two scenarios: either the show won’t be Survivor Series or if it is, then WWE would likely move it off that weekend because they do not expect the company to send wrestlers overseas around that holiday.
