WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Bella challenged Women’s Intercontinental Champion Becky Lynch to a title match at Clash in Paris this past August, but unfortunately came up short. Since then, Bella has not been seen on WWE programming, but it seems she is not finished with her current run in the company.

In the latest edition of Fightful Select Answers, a fan inquired about Bella’s status. The report indicated that WWE expects her to remain with the company for a while. It was also noted that, according to the latest information, Bella would be making occasional appearances, and WWE currently had no plans for her as they built up to Crown Jewel, meaning there was no reason to bring her in for that event. Additionally, the report mentioned that WWE anticipates Trish Stratus will be appearing more frequently as well.

Bella initially returned to WWE for the Evolution 2 premium live event (PLE), where she competed in the battle royal, and later transitioned into a feud with Lynch. She made her return on the June 7 episode of RAW. There is no word yet on when Bella may appear next on WWE television, but updates will be provided once available.
