WWE superstar and former world champion Liv Morgan has been sidelined since before summer after separating her shoulder and subsequently requiring surgery. However, there is an update on her status as her return draws closer.
According to a new report from pwinsiderelite.com, WWE’s internal expectation for getting Morgan back in action has always been in the early 2026 timeframe, however, it’s always possible that she could return before then if her recovery and rehab is ahead of schedule. However, there have been no reports or suggestions that she is recovering quicker than expected.
The report added that regardless of when she is due back, WWE is likely going to go out of their way to hide her return in order to generate a big surprise reaction from fans. Multiple WWE sources have indicated that the company is obviously very excited about getting her back on TV.
It should also be noted that Morgan is extremely popular in Saudi Arabia and with WWE headed there for next year’s Royal Rumble at the end of January, the company will surely want her to be ready for that event.
