Big Cass is on his own road to recovery.
The former WWE Superstar, who is now working as CaZXL, is featured in a new video that was released via the official DDP Yoga YouTube channel that documents his recent battle with depression.
CaZXL noted that he took his recent seizure at Tommy Dreamer’s House Of Hardcore promotion as a sign from above that he needs help.
The official description for the video, which you can watch in its’ entirety below, reads as follows:
“Big Cass aka CaZXL shares own struggle with Depression and Anxiety and urges everyone to stop hiding it and seek help if you need it!”
Cass also tweeted out the video on his official Twitter page with the caption reading, “I hope this can help someone out there who is also struggling. You aren’t alone.”
