— Bray Wyatt remains sidelined with what most only know as an “illness” and his participation at WWE’s upcoming WrestleMania 39 looks in serious jeopardy, if not already ruled out. The WrestleVotes account has noted that a “personal health issue” is going to keep the Wyatt vs. Bobby Lashley match that WWE had been planning as far back as February is off the cards but that the promotion is still going to find a way to get Lashley on the WrestleMania card.
— While not going into specifics, the report stated that there was a backup plan in place for Lashley once Wyatt’s status became questionable, and it is likely to involve LA Knight, who is also without a match or segment at WrestleMania. It should be noted that this does by no means imply that the two will wrestle a match and in fact, it is more likely that they will be involved in a segment of some sort, possibly even with a third performer with Steve Austin’s name being mentioned as well.
