Brock Lesnar Breaks CM Punk’s Record, Goldust On Origins Of Face Paint, AJ Styles Update

– A record was broken this week. Brock Lesnar has set the record as the longest-reigning WWE World Champion of the modern era. “The Beast Incarnate” is now at 436 days as champion, beating CM Punk’s reign of 434 days. WWE is recognizing Lesnar’s current title reign as the sixth longest of all-time.

– WWE Champion A.J. Styles was once again held off of the road for the WWE non-televised live events this past weekend. Styles has not wrestled in nearly three weeks, with his last match taking place against Shinsuke Nakamura at the dark match at the SmackDown Live television tapings on May 22nd. His last televised match took place on the May 15th episode of SmackDown Live, where he also worked against Nakamura. Styles is scheduled to return to the ring against Nakamura yet again at the WWE Money In The Bank 2018 pay-per-view this Sunday.
