Brock Lesnar/WWE Update: Removed From Multiple RAW Tapings

WWE has made some changes to their advertisements regarding WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar’s upcoming television and pay-per-view appearances.

“The Beast Incarnate” is currently only advertised to appear at the March 18th episode of WWE RAW at Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois. He is not officially scheduled to appear on any other WWE television tapings before WrestleMania 35. He could, however, always be added at a later date and time.

Lesnar is not scheduled to work the WWE Elimination Chamber 2019 pay-per-view at the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas on February 17th, nor is he booked for this coming Monday night’s PPV “go-home” episode of WWE RAW at the Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids, Michigan, or the WWE Fastlane 2019 pay-per-view, the final PPV show before WrestleMania 35, on March 10th at The Q Arena in Cleveland, Ohio.

It’s worth noting that at one point, WWE originally had Lesnar advertised for the post-WWE Elimination Chamber episode of WWE RAW on Monday, February 18th, as well as the WWE RAW episode the following week on Monday, February 25th in Atlanta, Georgia. WWE has since removed Lesnar from the shows.

By comparison, in 2018, Lesnar did not wrestle at the WWE Elimination Chamber PPV or the WWE Fastlane 2018 PPV (although WWE Fastlane was still a single-branded SmackDown Live PPV show at the time). He did, however, work multiple non-televised live events between the WWE Royal Rumble 2018 and WrestleMania 34 PPVs.

Brock Lesnar last competed in a high-profile match at the WWE Royal Rumble 2019 PPV in January, where he defeated the first-ever WWE Universal Champion Finn Balor in a successful title defense. “The Beast Incarnate” is currently slated to defend his WWE Universal Championship against Seth Rollins at WrestleMania 35 on Sunday, April 7th at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
