It looks like a second WWE Hall Of Famer has turned down a formal invitation from WWE to attend this coming Monday night’s special RAW Reunion show.

WWE reportedly extended offers to a pair of wrestling legends with ties to other pro wrestling promotions for Monday’s special live event on USA Network from Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida, and both shot them down.

As noted, AEW play-by-play announcer Jim Ross personally confirmed reports that he turned down an offer from Vince McMahon to appear at Monday’s RAW Reunion show, despite being given permission from AEW CEO & President Tony Khan to do so if he chose to.

In addition to “Good Ole’ J.R.,” WWE reportedly invited Ring Of Honor (ROH) talent and Busted Open Radio co-host Bully Ray to return as his Bubbay Ray Dudley character for an appearance on the RAW Reunion special

It appears that he turned them down as well.

“It would have been fun,” Ray noted via Twitter about appearing at RAW Reunion. He continued, noting “Turned down” or “rejected” is “negative terminology that implies [he was] rude in response to the offer.”

He added, “I thanked WWE and politely declined based on my current contractual obligations. Look forward to talking about the show on @BustedOpenRadio.”
