A NXT Superstar made their in-ring return at the non-televised live event on Saturday night.
At the NXT house show in Venice, Florida last night, NXT Superstar Chelsea Green made her in-ring return, teaming with Deonna Purrazzo in a losing effort against the duo of Kacy Catanzaro and Lacey Lane.
Green has been on the sidelines since suffering a broken wrist back in March.
Following the show, Green took to social media to comment on making her return to the squared-circle for the black-and-gold brand.
“I’m bacccck,” wrote Green via a tweet on her official Twitter page (@ImChelseaGreen), which includes a photo of herself backstage at the NXT Venice show. The tweet also included a “wink-face” emoji and a hashtag that read, “#HotMess.”
