As seen on the special 900th episode of SmackDown LIVE this past Tuesday night, WWE legend The Undertaker made a rare appearance, showing up live in the ring to deliver a warning to the five men representing the blue brand in the Men’s Traditional 5-on-5 Elimination match against Team RAW at this Sunday’s joint-brand Survivor Series pay-per-view.
“The Phenom” told the five men that will be representing Team SmackDown LIVE this Sunday that if they don’t represent the brand well, they will have to answer to him.
Chris Jericho, who is one of the five members of the opposing team from the red brand, took to social media earlier this week, noting he heard The Undertaker delivered a threat to Team RAW as well during his appearance on Tuesday night.
In response to the warning / threat delivered by “The Dead Man” earlier this week, Jericho wrote, “I heard The Undertaker threatened Team RAW last night on SmackDown. Hey Dead Man … mind your own business you stupid idiot!”
It’s worth noting that The Undertaker also mentioned during his SmackDown LIVE appearance that he won’t be limiting his sporadic returns to WrestleMania from now on. There have been a number of reports since he made the announcement that he will be working the upcoming Royal Rumble pay-per-view in January, with AJ Styles being the current name that has been mentioned as his potential opponent.
