“The American Nightmare” is about to become a proud papa, bringing a new addition to the Nightmare Family with his lovely wife, fellow All Elite Wrestling (AEW) executive and on-air performer Brandi Rhodes.
The two announced the news that Brandi is pregnant with the couples’ first child together during this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite on TNT.
The news was made by “The Dapper Yapper” Justin Roberts as Rhodes was making his ring entrance alongside his wife and Arn Anderson for his one-on-one match against TH2 member Angelico, with Jack Evans in his corner.
Roberts made the announcement and then the commentary trio spoke about the exciting news, before the AEW President & CEO Tony Khan and the official company Twitter account took to social media for some follow-up fun.
The official AEW Twitter feed released a congratulatory message, as did the official TNT Drama Twitter feed, which included a special video regarding Cody and Brandi Rhodes’ exciting news.
