Top WWE Star and winner of the 2023 Men’s Royal Rumble Match “The American Nightmare” Cody Rhodes was a guest on the Good Karma Wrestling podcast, where he discussed a variety of topics such as the Ricky Starks vs. Chris Jericho Matchup at Revolution as well as how Chris Jericho is an absolute legend and how he is very proud of Ricky Starks.
“The American Nightmare” Cody Rhodes said:
“I only saw some highlights from Ricky. I had a pirated feed, which I probably should have just figured out how to get a right fee. I thought Ricky did great; I was very proud of him. Chris Jericho’s an absolute legend. He’s more than a legend; he’s Chris Jericho. For Ricky to be able to deal with that and handle that in the way he did, I’m very proud of Ricky.”
Cody Rhodes also discussed how he is very proud of Julia Hart and Malakai Black because Malakai Black is somebody that he loved to interact with.
“The American Nightmare” Cody Rhodes said:
“I’m very proud of Julia [Hart]. Just seeing her. I’m proud of Malakai [Black], actually, because he was somebody that I loved our interaction with, and I wanted to see more of that Malakai, and it’s been a minute. So to him deliver.”
Cody Rhodes then discussed how he is very proud of his kids’ or Nightmare Factory students’ growth in pro wrestling.
“The American Nightmare” Cody Rhodes said:
“FTR guys, I saw. Then all my other kids. I ain’t gonna name them because I ain’t gonna put them over, but all my other kids, one of them is out there in the main event. We don’t have to be best friends or anything, but just very proud of their growth and their continued growth.”
