Bad Bunny’s cross over into professional wrestling has gone about as well as could be imagined and as already reported, WWE has serious plans to continue working with him moving forward.
A story from fightfulselect.com describes the reaction Bunny has received from within WWE as extremely favorable and that he is very easy to work with, making him a “hit” backstage.
One wrestler who spoke anonymously noted that Bad Bunny has made a great impression on the locker room due to the fact that he’s seen as taking his run in WWE very seriously, which isn’t often there with celebrities that cross over to wrestling.
As for current plans for Bad Bunny, he is still expected to wrestle at WrestleMania in some sort of match against The Miz and/or John Morrison, with the original idea being a tag team match against the two in which Bunny would be teaming up with Damien Priest.
If that is still the direction, that match obviously can’t be announced until Miz drops the WWE Title, which he is scheduled to defend against Bobby Lashley on Monday’s WWE Raw – a very likely destination for the title to change hands.
