It looks like the hearing for the man who attacked Bret Hart at the 2019 WWE Hall Of Fame Induction Ceremony earlier this year during WrestleMania 34 Weekend has been delayed once again.
PWInsider.com is reporting that Zachary Madsen, the fan who attacked “The Hitman” at this year’s WWE Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony was scheduled for his arraignment on Wednesday, July 10th, in New York, however the hearing was once again postponed until September 9th.
This marks the fifth postponement in the case since the incident occurred in April.
If found guilty, Madsen could spend up to a year in jail for assault in the third-degree.
Bret Hart would comment a short-while after Madsen’s attack, saying he felt bad that it happened, but thinks the punishment Madsen suffered at the hands of several WWE Superstars was more than justified.
