Former WWE Superstar Files To Trademark New Ring Name For AEW

Andrade El Idolo has filed to trademark the new ring name he has been using since making his All Elite Wrestling debut on Dynamite on TNT a couple of weeks ago.

The new AEW performer filed to trademark the name for general pro wrestling entertainment and merchandise use on June 17, 2021. The “First Use” and “First Use In Commerce” dates listed for the filing are June 4, 2021, which is the date of the Friday Night Dynamite episode that the former WWE Superstar made his promotional debut with AEW on.

The following official use descriptions were included with the filing made with the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO):

“IC 025. US 022 039. G & S: Hats; Shirts; Socks; Bandanas; Sweatshirts; Hooded sweatshirts”
“IC 041. US 100 101 107.
