— Former WWE wrestler Patrick Clark, known in NXT as Velveteen Dream, was arrested twice in the month of August court records show. On August 20, Clark was arrested on the 20th by Orlando Police for First Degree Battery and Trespassing on Property charges. He posted bond on the 22nd and has pled not guilty with a hearing originally scheduled for September 28, but it has since been cancelled with no other information available. According to the website MugshotsOrlando.com, Clark was then arrested less than a week later, on August 26, and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
— Clark was released from WWE in May of 2021 after a rough last couple of years. In the spring of 2020, two separate allegations were made regarding Clark sending sexually explicit photos to minors but he denied the allegations. WWE conducted their own investigation and concluded there was no evidence on any wrongdoing on his part. However, due to injuries and inactivity, he was rarely seen on NXT prior to being released.
