Freedom Pro Wrestling FIles Multiple New Trademarks

According to a recent report from Fightful, Freedom Pro Wrestling is hoping to secure past ECW terms, as well as an old WWE term.

On July 13th Freedom Pro Wrestling made multiple filings, in an effort to trademark “Summer Sizzler,” “November To Remember,” and “Three-Way Dance.” The terms were originally used as the names of ECW Pay-Per-Views.

Two days later, FPW made an attempt at trademarking an old WWE term, “Three Stages of Hell.”

“Entertainment in the nature of live performances by professional and amateur wrestlers and sports entertainers; Entertainment services in the nature of development, creation, production, distribution, and post-production of wrestling and sports entertainment events; Entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests; Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer.”
