From there we head down to the ring where we get the pre-match introduction for tonight’s opening contest, as Juice Robinson, one-half of the FinJuice duo, makes his way down to the ring with Finlay.

Now coming out is Chris Bey, accompanied by The Bullet Club leader Jay White. It will be Robinson going one-on-one against Bey to kick things off inside the squared circle on the post-Homecoming episode of IMPACT On AXS.

As Bey shows off his athleticism here in the early goings, we see Jay and Finlay screaming at each other from opposite sides of the ring floor. Meanwhile in the ring, Robinson turns the tide with a big spinebuster, effectively shifting the offensive momentum in his favor. The action continues and when all is said-and-done, we see the “Dashing” one score the victory.

Winner: Chris Bey

After The Match: Chris Bey Joins The Bullet Club

After the match, Bey and White head up the ramp and we see White hand a t-shirt to Bey. Bey opens it up and it’s a Bullet Club shirt. They do the too sweet gesture and it appears White has accepted Bey into the Bullet Club.

Violent By Design Confronts The Elite, Match Set For IMPACT Emergence

We shoot backstage where Gia Miller is standing by with The Elite. Don Callis starts by saying it doesn’t matter what three wrestlers you put in the ring with Kenny Omega and The Good Brothers, they are going to lose to The Elite.

Omega chimes in and mocks IMPACT for setting up a battle royal to decide the next challenger for their world champion. Violent by Design walks up and confronts The Elite.

Eric Young informs them that they are enacting their rematch clause for a shot at the IMPACT Tag-Team Championships and tells them that he’ll see them at IMPACT Emergence. VBD walks off and The Elite calls them crazy. They make a Festus reference and then the segment ends.

Fire ‘N’ Flava Address Homecoming Tournament, Tonight’s Match

When we return from the break, Gia Miller is now standing by with Fire ‘N’ Flava. Kiera Hogan jokes that Tasha Steelz learned what a good tag partner is after coming up short in the Homecoming mixed tag King & Queen tournament over the weekend.

They claim tonight Rachael Ellering and Jordynne Grace will find out what F’N’F is all about.

“The Drama King” gets on the mic and then introduces the 2021 IMPACT Homecoming Queen Deonna Purrazzo. On that note, “The Virtuosa” makes her way out and joins him inside the squared circle.

The two stand and pose with their crowns on in the center of the ring as roses are thrown at their feet and the fans in the IMPACT Zone chants “No one likes you!”

As they hang around, we hear the sounds of “Hardcore Country” and out comes Mickie James. She talks to Purrazzo about who her opponent at NWA EmPowerrr is going to be. Melina arrives! She will be her opponent at the PPV.

We see a wicked vignette showing Kimber Lee doing a mother-may-I poem about collecting and delivering souls for Su Yung. Wild stuff.

X-Division Championship No. 1 Contenders Match
Jake Something vs. Daivari vs. Rohit Raju vs. Trey Miguel

We head back inside the IMPACT Zone where we get ready for our next match of the evening here on IMPACT On AXS, as the ring announcer begins the official pre-match ring introductions.

This will be a fatal four-way match to determine the next challenger for Josh Alexander’s X-Division Championship. Out comes the four participants in this match, which are Trey Miguel, Rohit Raju, Jake Something and Daivari.

The bell sounds and we’re off-and-running with this high-stakes match featuring a foursome of high-flyers, and it doesn’t take long for the high-flying to get underway, as Miguel hits a crazy top-rope moonsault onto the other three on the floor at ringside.

After the action resumes inside the squared circle again, we see a cool spot where Jake Something tosses Raju, who catches Daivari with an awesome DDT. Miguel hits another insane spot shortly thereafter but then it is Jake Something who hits a big slam on Daivari to score the victory and earn the next X-Division Championship shot against “The Walking Weapon.”

Winner and NEW No. 1 Contender to X-Division Title: Jake Something

Josh Alexander Talks IMPACT Emergence Title Defense, Confronted By Daivari

When we return from the break, we see Gia Miller standing by with “The Walking Weapon” Josh Alexander. He is told that he is defending the X-Division Championship against Jake Something at IMPACT Emergence.

Daivari walks up and says Alexander is lucky that Jake Something will be his opponent at the show and not him. Alexander says if he wants a fight all he has to do is ask. Daivari says he’s only a prizer fighter and Alexander must put the title on the line.

Fire ‘N’ Flava vs. Rachael Ellering & Jordynne Grace

From there we head back inside the IMPACT Zone and out comes the former Knockouts Tag-Team Champions Fire ‘N’ Flava — Kiera Hogan and Tasha Steelz.

As the duo settles in the ring their music dies down and then the theme hits to bring out their opponents, which is Rachael Ellering and Jordynne Grace.

The bell sounds and we’re off-and-running as Hogan and Steelz ambush Ellering and Grace, however the former Knockouts Tag-Team Champions quickly find themselves on the defensive.

After some more back-and-forth action, we see Ellering score the win for her team.

Winners: Rachael Ellering & Jordynne Grace

After The Match: Fire ‘N’ Flava Break Up

Following the match, we see Savannah Evans attack Kiera Hogan while Tasha Steelz watches on with approval.

Frankie Kazarian Is Here To Be The Elite Hunter

We shoot backstage and Gia Miller is standing by with The Elite Hunter himself, Frankie Kazarian. He talks about being among the guys who helped build IMPACT but says he’s here tonight for vengeance.

He’s asked about the issues between his partners Sami Callihan and Eddie Edwards. He says that’s between them and tonight is strictly about ripping out the heart of The Elite.

Scott D’Amore Makes Tag-Title Match For IMPACT Emergence

We return and see someone knocking on the door of Scott D’Amore’s locker room. It is Violent By Design who informs him that they’re enforcing their title shot rematch against The Good Brothers at Emergence. He informs them it will be a triple-threat tag-team match that also includes Rich Swann and Willie Mack.

Steve Maclin vs. Jah-C

We shoot back inside the IMPACT Zone where we head down to the ring for our next match of the evening. Jah-C is in the ring ready for action.

The theme for Steve Maclin plays and out he comes as he will be going one-on-one against Jah-C in our next bout. As the bell sounds we see Maclin charge Jah-C and ambush him.

Maclin shouts at Jah for turning his back on him as he pummels him for about a minute or two in what was a complete squash match and then picks up the easy win.

After the match, Maclin beats down Jah-C and then Petey Williams runs out and chases him off with a steel chair to end the post-match scene.

Winner: Steve Maclin

Kenny Omega & The Good Brothers vs. Frankie Kazarian, Sami Callihan & Eddie Edwards

From there we head back inside the IMPACT Zone where The Good Brothers theme hits and out comes the IMPACT Tag-Team Champions Gallows and Anderson.

As they settle into the ring the theme hits to bring out “The Invisible Hand” Don Callis. He then brings out the AEW and IMPACT World Champion Kenny Omega.

The Elite trio settle into the squared circle and await the ring entrances of their opponents for tonight’s stacked six-man tag-team main event here on the post-Homecoming edition of IMPACT On AXS TV.

We head to a commercial break as “The Cleaner” settles into the ring alongside Gallows and Anderson. When we return from the break it’s time for our baby face team to have their ring entrances for tonight’s main event.

Out first comes former IMPACT Champion Sami Callihan. He is joined by Eddie Edwards who comes out to the fans singing along with his theme song. Finally, the duo are joined by “The Elite Hunter” himself Frankie Kazarian.

Kaz and Omega brawl and this match gets off with a bang as the bell sounds to officially get it started. Everyone brawls early on and then Kazarian and Omega settle in the ring as the legal men for their respective squads.

We see “The Elite Hunter” jump off to an early offensive lead, taking it to Omega, however it doesn’t take long for the AEW and IMPACT Champion to shift the offensive momentum into his favor. Shortly after that, we head to a mid-match commercial break as the action continues.

When we return from the break the commentators inform us that there will be no more commercial breaks. In the ring we see The Elite utilizing frequent tags to keep fresh men in the ring at all times, as they deliver more and more punishment to Kazarian.

Finally, Kaz makes the tag to Eddie Edwards, however it isn’t long before he too finds himself on the defensive against the three top title holders in IMPACT not named Josh Alexander. Edwards starts to show signs of life as he fights back and takes it to the big man of The Elite trio, Gallows, blasting him with a drop kick off the top rope.

We see Callihan finally get tagged in, as does Omega. D’Lo talks about these two being old friends as Sami beats down Kenny in the corner of the ring, putting the boots to him. We see interferences from everyone on both teams and Omega gets V-Trigger happy. The Elite clear the ring of everyone but Callihan and all three guys splash onto Sami in the corner.

Now the trio hits a double-neck-breaker / side-suplex for a near fall. They look for a double-team finisher with the Magic Killer but Kazarian hits the ring to break it up. Edwards tags in as does Anderson. Anderson hits a spinebuster on him and the crowd goes silent. Eddie hits Blue Thunder on Anderson. Sami and Omega, meanwhile, are fighting on the ring apron outside of the ring ropes.

Callihan hits a piledriver on the hard part of the ring apron and then Edwards scores the pin on Anderson in the ring after hitting the Boston Knee Party. The theme for Edwards hits and the fans sing along again as highlights are shown of this excellent six-man tag-team main event match-up.

Winners: Frankie Kazarian, Sami Callihan & Eddie Edwards

W. Morrissey Attacks Eddie Edwards To End The Show

Once the post-match highlights wrap up we see Callis squeezing the fingers of Omega on the floor as the commentators speculate about a potential neck injury.

As everyone starts to leave and it appears the show is about to wrap up, out of nowhere W. Morrissey hits the ring and beats down Eddie Edwards, leaving him laying as the fans boo and the show goes off the air. Thanks for joining us!
