The pro wrestling world has lost another legend.
Jim Crockett Jr., the former Mid-Atlantic Wrestling and National Wrestling Alliance promoter and member of the famous Crockett wrestling family, has passed away.
The official Twitter feed of All Elite Wrestling released the following statement regarding the passing of the pro wrestling legend shortly after this week’s AEW Dynamite: The Crossroads show went off the air on TNT.
“AEW and the wrestling world mourn the passing of the legendary Mid-Atlantic Wrestling and NWA promoter Jim Crockett, Jr. Our thoughts are with his family, his friends and his fans.”
