It was recently announced that Kenny Omega will make the first defense of his IWGP Heavyweight Championship against Cody Rhodes at the Cow Palace outside of San Francisco on July 7th.
Omega captured the title from Kazuchika Okada at the NJPW Dominion event on Saturday night. After the match, Cody appeared at the entrance ramp.
