It appears Kevin Owens did, in fact, suffer an injury during his match at WrestleMania 36 last month.
Owens confirmed to French radio station RDS that he suffered an ankle injury during his WrestleMania match against Seth Rollins, and believes he either sprained it or suffered a mild fracture.
He was scheduled to undergo an X-Ray to determine how serious the injury is but as we reported yesterday, X-Rays revealed a fracture of mild severity with the expectation that Owens will be back soon.
Additionally, the WWE veteran noted to RDS that while injured, the company did not force him to be present at TV shoots, and that instead he has opted to stay home and be with his family during the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic.
